The Axe Library Browser Toolbar
The Axe Library browser toolbar, similar to a Google or Yahoo toolbar, is a new feature designed to allow quick access to several of our key pages. Sites such as WorldCat, ILLiad, and the "New(s) @ Axe" blog, as well as our online database pages and Research Guides are easily accessed using the toolbar. Sites such as the top PSU pages and popular search engines are only a keystroke away.
Click on the graphic above to install the toolbar. Your browser should be set to block automatic downloads. You will need to allow installation by adding the Library web site to your 'trusted' sites.
The toolbar will be updated occasionally, but changes will take place automatically. You will not need to re-install the toolbar.
More options may be available by clicking the down arrow next to the Axe logo. Select "Toolbar Options".
As with other toolbars, you may toggle the bar on and off by right clicking a blank area of your browser menu bar.
