Services

The Reference Department of Axe Library offers many services to help students, faculty and other library users.

• Assisting Library users in finding information on both general and specific research topics. Services are provided in person, or via phone or e-mail.
• Developing search strategies for research papers.
• Teaching patrons how to search the Library Catalog and Online Databases.
• Locating historical information and statistics.
• Answering questions about the services and resources of Axe Library and the KTC Library.
• Providing individual and group instruction on the use of Library resources and the Internet.
• Searching specialized databases: DialogWeb, STN Easy (Chemical Abstracts).
